The brief
Standard sudoku rules apply: each row, column, and 3x3 box must contain all the digits from 1 to 9.
Digits on arrows must sum to the value in the attached circle.
Digits on purple renban lines must be from a set of consecutive digits, in any order.
The grey dot is an ambiguous kropki dot. The digits on either side of the dot are either consecutive or one is double the other. Not all possible dots are given.
