Anti king adventure in the fog

Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column and 3x3 box. The grid is covered with fog, placing a correct digit logically will clear the fog from the surrounding cells of that digit. No bifurcation necessary. Cells separated by a king's move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit. Digits in a dotted cage without repeat sum to the total given in the top left corner of the cage. Adjacent cells on an orange dash must have a difference of at least 4. Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Clues outside the grid sum the digits along the indicated diagonal (digits may repeat if other rules allow). No negative constraints.
