The brief
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The sum of digits in cells connecting two circles is equal to a concatenation of the digits in the circles, in some order. For instance, 3-346-1 could be a valid line, as 3+4+6=13=1 concatenated with 3.
Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.
