The brief

Place the digits 1-8 in each row, column, and box of the sudoku grid.

Cells that are separated by a king's move in chess cannot contain the same digit.

Odd digits cannot be orthogonally adjacent to an odd digit.

Cells on purple lines contain consecutive even or odd digits in ascending or decending order. For example, 246 or 753.

Cells in circles are 'kings' and are larger than all orthogonally adjacent digits.
