The brief
Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and box.
Mobius Grid: The grid is a mobius strip. The edges of the grid wrap around, such that the top row is adjacent to the bottom row. More precisely, the left end of the top edge wraps to the right end of the bottom. This is reflected in the matching letters/colors.
Zippers: Along a purple line, any two cells an equal distance along the line from the center cell will add to the digit in the center cell.
Cloning Arrows: If an arrow is present in a cell, its digit N must repeat at a distance of N cells in that direction.
