The Arrows Are A Bit Dotty

Standard sudoku rules apply: each row, column, and 3x3 box must contain all the digits from 1 to 9.

Digits in cells separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio; digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all possible dots are given.

Bi-directional Arrow rules - digits in cells along an arrow sum to the one- or two-digit number in the circles and pills, READ IN THE DIRECTION OF THE ARROW. Eg if an arrow is <---(34)--->, the left arrow sums to 43, and the right arrow sums to 34.
