The brief

TRIPLE TROUBLE: Fill the grid with the digits 1-9, so that no digit repeats in any row or column. Each box may only contain three distinct digits.

ARROWS: Digits along a purple arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.

GERMAN WHISPERS: Adjacent digits on a green line have a difference of at least 5.

SAME DIFFERENCE: Adjacent digits along a turquoise line always have the same difference. This difference must be determined for each turquoise line.

NABNERS: No two digits on a yellow line may be the same or consecutive.

BLACK DOTS: If two digits are separated by a black dot, then one is double the other.
