The brief
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Numbers on arrows sum to the number in the pill in the center of the grid. Numbers in cages sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Numbers cannot repeat in cages. Cells with a gray square are even. Numbers with black dots between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Numbers with a white dot between them are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
