The brief
-Normal 4x4 sudoku rules apply: every row, column, and box must contain a complete set of the digits 1-4. -Along teal modular lines, every set of three adjacent digits has three different remainders when divided by 3. -Digits in a cage must sum to the number given in the upper left corner of the cage. -Digits separated by a white dot form a consecutive pair. Not all possible dots are given.
