You Complete Me

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 1:2. The colored cells require information from another puzzle, called "Depression (-) or Euphoria (+), which can be found on the puzzle page "You Complete Me" on the Logic-masters.de website. Transfer numbers from that puzzle to this one, except with a +/- 1 difference (knapp deneben, in German). Hint: If you can have both puzzles open at once, you can refer to each, back and forth.
