Zeros & Negatives Don’t Mix 2

Extended Sudoku rules apply, place the digits 0-9 in each row, column, and box, however one digit will not fit in each. Which digit doesn’t fit can vary and/or repeat and must be determined by the solver. All ODD digits are negative values for all clues. Killer Cages: Digits in cages cannot repeat and all cages add up to ZERO. Arrows: digits along arrows add up to the VALUE in the circle. V: Digits separated by a V add up to -5, NOT all Vs have been given. X: Digits separated by an X add up to +10, ALL Xs have been given.
