Whirlpool: A Slow Thermo Sudoku

Today's Puzzle:

A great puzzle to start off the week with slow thermos. It's not a variant we've featured often on this channel but has enough of a twist on normal thermometer logic to ensure we're all awake ready for the week ahead.

Rules:

Normal 9x9 sudoku rules apply: In every row, column and in every 3x3 box the digits from 1 to 9 have to appear atleast once with no repeats.

Minimum: Cells with this constraint are smaller than all orthogonal adjacent cells without this constraint.

Slow thermometers: Digits on a slow thermo increase from the bulb to the tip or stay the same but never decrease.
