Today's Puzzle:

Another fantastic Will Power puzzle. I'm not sure there is any way to interpret this title other than how I have. Alternative theories are very welcome below!

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

GERMAN WHISPERS- Numbers on green lines are at least 5 apart from their neighbors on the line. Numbers may repeat on green lines, if other rules allow.

KILLER CAGES- Numbers in cages sum to 10.

RATIO PAIRS- Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 2:1.

XV PAIRS- Numbers with a V between them sum to 5. Not all possible dots and V are given.
