Entropic Killer Dots: Order Restored to this Sudoku Variant

Another feature from PDN with another excellent puzzle that this time centres on entropy lines.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Digits in a cage must sum to the little number in the upper left, and may not repeat in the cage.

Neighboring digits marked with a white Kropki dot are consecutive. Neighboring digits marked with a black Kropki dot have a 2 to 1 ratio. Not all dots are given.

Any set of three sequential cells along a beige entropic line must contain a low digit, a middle digit, and a high digit. For a 9 x 9 grid, this means 1-3; 4-6; and 7-9.
