Two excellent puzzles. One of them seemed like I had my head wrapped in a blanket for the 1st half.

2nd seemed like I wrapped that blanket around my eyes to have a case of classic Sudoku blindness.

Rules 1:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

German Whispers - each digit along a green German Whisper line differs in value from its neighbor by at least 5.

XV sums - digits separated by an X sum to a value of 10; digits separated by a V sum to a value of 5. No negative constraint.

Ratio Kropki dots - digits separated by a black dot have a value ratio of 1:2. No negative constraint.

Killer Cages - digits inside a killer cage are distinct and add up to the number in the top left corner of the cage.

Rules 2:

Normal sudoku rules apply, and all clues are standard.

Arrows: the sum of the digits along an arrow is equal to the digit in the connected circle, and these digits can repeat if allowed by other rules.

Thermometers: digits on thermometers increase from the bulb.

Quadruple circles: a digit inside a white circle must appear in at least one of the four cells surrounding that circle (if a digit repeats in a circle, it must appear twice).
