Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply. XV: Digits separated by an X must sum to 10 and digits separated by a V must sum to 5. All Xs and Vs are given. Consecutive Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits. Not all such white dots are given.
