Rules:

+ Normal sudoku rules apply. Every row, column, and 3x3 box must contain all digits from 1 to 9.

+ Arrow rule applies. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.

+Black Kropki rules apply Digits separated by a black dot are in a ratio of 1:2, all possible black dots are given.
