Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Dutch Flat Mates: Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

Anti-Kropki Lines: No two digits ANYWHERE on a line may be consecutive, or in a 1:2 ratio (eg: If there is a 6 on a line, there can't be a 5, 7 or 3 anywhere on the same line.) However, digits may repeat on a line if allowed by sudoku.
