Shroud of Comfort: A Friendly Sudoku Variant

Today's Puzzle:

We haven't featured friendly cells before in this puzzle and it's an immensely enjoyable ruleset that can be used in highly creative ways as Flinty has done, particularly with negative constraints.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku Rules Apply - Each row, column & 3x3 box contains the digits 1-9.

The grid is covered in fog. The fog will clear in the surrounding cells when a correct digit is entered.

Cells separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.

Friendly Cells: Digits in a circle must match that circles Row, Column or Box number. For example if there was a circle in R2C3, then the digit must be either a 1 (Box), 2 (Row), or 3 (Column). ALL circles are given.
