Oil, Water, Vampires: Our First Vampire Variant Sudoku on the Channel

Today's Puzzle:

Continuing the exceptional Oil and Water series from Blobz. Today's puzzle includes the vampire variant which I have always avoided as I struggle with it quite a bit.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Each cage is either full of "oil" (even digits), full of "water" (odd digits), or a mix of both. In all cases, each "row" within a cage is of just one type (oil or water). Oil floats on water, so even digits will always be in rows above odd digits in mixed cages.

Digits in cages do not repeat and sum to the value shown.

There are 9 vampires (digits 1-9 once each) in the grid; one in each row, column and box. There are also 9 victims (digits 1-9 once each) in the grid; one in each row, column and box. For purposes of cage totals: (a) vampire cells have a value equal to the sum of their digit plus the digit of the victim cell in their box, and (b) victim cells have a value of 0.
