Is a puzzle from a January Ctc Discord prompt of "No place like home" with Sojo giving a lovely map of what is presumably, his home state.

Highly approachable puzzle focused on German whispers with an elegant break-in.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.

German Whispers: Neighboring digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 5.

Kropki: Digits on a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
