Oil & Water 2: Classic, Killer Cage, and Oil & Water Strike Again in this Fusion

Today's Puzzle:

Continuing Blobz' excellent series, Oil and Water with the 2nd in his series. It is a 3* difficulty rating, but I actually disagree with the difficulty rating and would vote for 2*'s myself. That may be down to the fact that we now have solved a few in the series.

Difficulty rating aside, it takes nothing away from this phenomenal puzzle and yet another excellent edition in this ruleset.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Digits in cages do not repeat and must sum to the small clue, if given.

Each cage is either full of "oil" (even digits), full of "water" (odd digits), or a mix of both. In all cases, each "row" within a cage is of just one type (oil or water). Oil floats on water, so even digits will always be in rows above odd digits in mixed cages.
