Today's Puzzle:

I believe this is my first Scy puzzle to solve and an enjoyable weekday puzzle with a little bit of a back story.

I made a bad pun about turbulence in the video, given recent events I regretted it immediately and hope it has not offended anyone!

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Thermometers must strictly increase from the bulb end. Black dots indicate a 1:2 ratio between cells.
